Effective Date: October 13, 2025
This policy is effective as of the date listed above. ReelySports may revise, update, or replace this policy at its discretion to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Any updates take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
ReelySports, Inc. (“ReelySports,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to building a safe, empowering, and transparent sports-recruiting ecosystem. As part of that mission, we use artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools to enhance platform functionality, improve user experience, strengthen safety protections, and support fair opportunities for all athletes.
This AI Use Disclosure explains how, where, and why AI is used within the ReelySports community — and what it will never be used for.
1. Where AI May Be Used
AI may be leveraged to improve functionality across the ReelySports platform, including:
Platform Experience & Navigation
Recommending relevant content, groups, and educational resources
Improving search accuracy and filtering athlete-safe content
Identifying duplicate or mis-categorized posts
Safety, Trust & Integrity

Assisting with categorization of athlete-specific files (e.g., film, evaluations)
Operational Optimization
Analyzing system performance and engagement patterns for platform improvement
Supporting internal tools used to refine user experience and streamline workflows
These AI systems are designed to help the platform operate efficiently and fairly — never to make recruiting decisions or influence athlete outcomes.
2. What AI Does NOT Do
To protect fairness, transparency, and athlete autonomy, ReelySports prohibits the use of AI for:
❌ Ranking, rating, or scoring athletes
❌ Making recruiting, evaluation, or scholarship decisions
❌ Creating competitive disadvantages or biased filtering
❌ Issuing penalties, suspensions, or bans without human review
❌ Predicting future athletic performance or outcomes
All athlete development, evaluations, and progression remain driven by human expertise, coach engagement, and athlete effort — never automated algorithms.
This ensures ReelySports remains a safe, equitable, athlete-first platform.
3. Data Used for AI Systems
To maintain transparency, we disclose the types of information AI may access:
AI MAY Use:
Public posts and profile activity
Engagement patterns (likes, replies, interactions, timestamps)
Behavior signals that help identify bots or harmful activity
Uploaded media for tagging (when available)
AI WILL NOT Use:
Sensitive personal information, including:
Age
Location (beyond basic IP for safety/security)
Race or ethnicity
Medical information
Academic transcripts
Recruiting-related outcomes
Private messages
Payment information
ReelySports does not train models using any data that would compromise user safety, privacy, or fairness.

AI on the platform always operates under human control. ReelySports ensures:
Human review for any moderation or safety action triggered by AI
No automated punishments without manual verification
Transparency when AI assists in content decisions
Bias monitoring to prevent disproportionate impact on any group
ReelySports maintains strict governance over all AI-supported systems to align with our mission of equity, athlete empowerment, and safe community engagement.
5. Commitment to Fairness and Athlete Opportunity

A level playing field for all athletes
No algorithmic interference in exposure, opportunity, or recruiting paths
Tech that empowers — not evaluates — athletes, coaches, and families
ReelySports remains committed to building the most transparent, trustworthy, and athlete-centered recruiting network in sports.

This Account Deletion Policy outlines how users may request deletion and what protections remain in place to uphold platform integrity, safety, and compliance.
We may revise this policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory updates. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise noted.
1. User-Initiated Account Deletion
ReelySports empowers users with full control over their data and participation within the community.
Users may request account deletion at any time through:
- In-app account deletion tools (where available), or

Once processed, account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Users will lose access to:

- Social features such as groups, chats, and posts
ReelySports may verify the identity of the requester to ensure account security.

- Request full account deletion
- Withdraw previously granted consent

Requests must be submitted from the verified parent/guardian email associated with the minor’s profile.
If parental consent is withdrawn, the minor’s account may be suspended or permanently deleted.

- Reports of harassment, grooming, or safety threats
- Ongoing abuse or misconduct investigations
- Fraud, financial disputes, or chargeback inquiries
- Legal or regulatory requests
- Platform misuse affecting other users
Deletion will resume once legally and operationally permissible.
5. Organizational, Team, Coach, or Evaluator Accounts
Because ReelySports serves athletes, coaches, evaluators, and parents within recruiting ecosystems:
- Deleting a staff/coach/evaluator account may impact linked team pages or evaluations.
- Historical evaluations may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve athlete records.
- Deletion requests for business accounts require identity and role verification.
6. Commitment to Athlete Privacy & Platform Integrity
ReelySports is built to empower athletes, protect youth users, and maintain a trusted environment in sports recruiting.
Our deletion process is designed to:
Respect user control and consent
Protect minors and uphold parental oversight

Because our mission is to create a safe, trusted, athlete-focused ecosystem that empowers young athletes, parents, coaches, evaluators, and supporters, we have established the following policy to address concerns promptly, reduce conflict, and uphold the integrity of our Community.
This Dispute Resolution Policy applies to all users and governs all activity within the ReelySports platform, including use of our website, applications, messaging features, evaluations, interactions, and all related services. This policy works in tandem with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Safety & Abuse Reporting Policy.
1. Commitment to Fair and Good-Faith Resolution
ReelySports encourages all users to resolve misunderstandings or concerns in a respectful, constructive manner consistent with our mission of community-building and athlete-centered support. Before pursuing formal action, users must allow ReelySports the opportunity to address the issue directly.

Upon receiving a concern, ReelySports will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the issue
- Investigate the matter thoroughly
- Respond with findings or next steps within 30 days

This process ensures thoughtful resolution while reinforcing our commitment to community trust and safety.
2. Binding Arbitration (After Informal Efforts)
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our informal review process, the user and ReelySports agree that the matter will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than through court litigation.
Arbitration provides:
- A faster, more streamlined process
- A private and secure setting aligned with our youth-focused mission
- A neutral decision-maker
- Reduced legal burden for all parties
Exceptions — These issues may go directly to court:

Arbitration will adhere to the governing rules of the State of Florida.

By using ReelySports, you agree NOT to:
- File or participate in a class action
- Consolidate claims with other users
- Act as a representative of a group claim
This structure allows for quicker, more direct resolution and prevents delays that could impact athlete safety or platform operations.
4. Venue for Permitted Court Claims
For any dispute that is legally permitted to proceed in court (e.g., injunctions, IP enforcement), the exclusive venue shall be:
Manatee County, Florida
This ensures consistency in legal interpretation and reinforces jurisdictional clarity across the organization.
5. Governing Law
This policy—along with all ReelySports agreements, policies, and user obligations—is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
6. Continuing Obligations After Account Closure
The dispute resolution terms outlined here remain in effect even if:
- A user deletes their account
- ReelySports suspends or terminates an account
- ReelySports ceases certain services
- The relationship between the user and ReelySports otherwise ends
This protects both users and the platform from unresolved responsibilities or disputes arising after account changes.

This Dispute Resolution Policy is designed to:
